그림을 그리는 것은 꿈을 품는 일이다

지금보다 나은 내일

지금보다 더 행복하고 더 사랑하기를

길은 멀다

나에게서 다시 나에게로

세상에서 가장 먼

오늘도 그 길에 오른다

그 길 위에서 만난

차마 다하지 못한 이야기들은 노래가 되어 캔버스에 울려 퍼진다

그 순간 우주색 옷을 입고 날아오른 꿈들은

내 안의 우주를 환히 밝힌다

그리하여 다시 나에게로, 다시 우리에게로

머물러서 깊이 바라본다

내 작업은 이렇듯 내적세계에 대한 알아차림이며 세상에 대한 애틋한 고백이다

The Inner World

To draw a picture is like encompassing a dream of better,

happier tomorrow than now, and more love

The way is so long

Today I stand on the way longest in the world from

me to myself again

The on-earth untold stories I encountered on the way

become songs which spread out on the canvas

At the moment the dreams that have flied wearing colored

clothes light up in my own inner world

Then I stay seeing deeper in myself again and as well in

ourselves again

Likewise my work is an awakening the inner world,

and exposing it to the world with heart
